We had very helpful and effective service from Mark and Sue. Our MacBook Pro laptop had failed to start-up, despite various attempts, studying tips online and phoning the Apple helpline. Sue collected the laptop, Mark fixed it, and Sue brought it back. Fantastic service today from MR Computing backing up iPad and iMac and saving photos and then backing up old MacBook hard drive (laptop died a death by coffee!) - the hard drive was rescued and put in a caddy yonks ago!
